Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Monitor stock movements, adjustments, and inter-warehouse transfers.
- Track delivered-not-invoiced, received-not-billed, open purchase order, and pending transfer exceptions.
- Compare BOM against actual consumption to analyze production variances.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and QC-rejected stock.
- Maintain transaction controls across procurement, goods receipt, invoicing, and sales.
- Review stock adjustment documentation and approvals.
- Reconcile stock by warehouse and location.
- Validate item master data and BOM accuracy.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management.
- Support inventory audits and compliance requirements.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,200 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
