About the Role
Nationwide Middle East Properties is seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Advisors to join our Abu Dhabi team.
This is a purely commission-based role, offering high earning potential for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and passionate about real estate.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and property listings
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Languages: Arabic, English, Italian, French, Russian etc
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Must have own valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
- UAE driving license is a plus
Compensation
- Purely commission-based role (NO basic salary)
- Attractive commission structure of up to 60%
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
