About This Role

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and result-driven **International Sales Agent** to join our real estate sales team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with international clients, understanding their investment goals, presenting suitable property options, and guiding buyers throughout the complete sales journey.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients from different countries and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

-Generate, manage, and follow up with international leads and potential investors

-Understand client requirements, budget, location preference, and investment objectives

-Present suitable UAE real estate opportunities, projects, payment plans, and investment benefits

-Arrange online consultations, property presentations, virtual tours, and client meetings

-Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, investors, and partners

-Provide accurate market information, project details, pricing, availability, and ROI insights

-Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, client updates, and documentation

-Use CRM systems to update client details, follow-ups, lead status, and sales progress

-Negotiate professionally and support clients from inquiry stage until closing

-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth

-Represent the company professionally in all client communications and meetings

Requirements

-Previous experience in real estate sales, international sales, investment sales, or client-facing sales

-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

-Ability to deal with international clients from different cultures and time zones

-Good understanding of sales processes, client follow-up, and lead conversion

-Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment

-Confident in handling calls, WhatsApp communication, online meetings, and presentations

-Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

-Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage

-UAE real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory for strong sales candidates

-Candidates who can speak **Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or English** are preferred

-Multilingual candidates will be highly preferred
