  • We are seeking a
  • highly skilled Internal Auditor
  • to join our team within the UAE’s dynamic real estate and property development sector.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the organization’s commitment to transparency, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
  • ***Key Responsibilities***
  • Develop and execute risk‑based internal audit plans covering financial, operational, and compliance areas across property development projects.
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, workflows, and governance frameworks within project management, procurement, sales, collections, and handover functions.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE laws, RERA guidelines, IFRS standards, and internal policies.
  • Identify control gaps, operational risks, and inefficiencies; recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Monitor implementation of agreed‑upon corrective actions and improvements.
  • Support fraud risk assessments and investigate irregularities when required.
  • Work closely with Finance, Projects, Procurement, Sales, and Legal teams to strengthen internal controls.

*Required Qualifications & Skills*

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional Certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of internal audit experience, ideally within UAE real estate, construction, or property development.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, risk management frameworks, and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and report‑writing skills.
