- ***Key Responsibilities***
- Must have strong background in real estate law, with a focus on contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, with a proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including Joint Venture (JV) agreements, sales and purchase agreements, and other real estate-related documents.
- Provide legal support on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation and disputes related to real estate projects, working closely with law firms and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to the group legal director.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and minimize legal risks
*Required Qualifications & Skills*
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 3 - 7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional and litigation work.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in real estate development.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
