We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Site Engineer (Civil)
with
Dubai Municipality (Dm) Certification
- to join our dynamic real estate development team in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising site activities, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- ***Key Responsibilities***
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Ensure compliance with
Dubai Municipality (Dm)
- regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Monitor quality control and health & safety standards at the site.
- Review technical drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and site-related issues.
- Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
*Required Qualifications & Skills*
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering**
- from a recognized institution.
- **DM Certified Engineer**
- (mandatory – please attach valid certificate).
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- in the UAE, preferably in the real estate development or construction sector.
- Experience working with leading developers or contractors in the UAE.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
