QA/QC Manager

About This Role

Position Overview

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the company’s real estate development projects. This role ensures that construction works meet the required standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements in the UAE while driving continuous improvement in quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QA/QC policies, procedures, and documentation in line with ISO standards.
• Prepare and review project‑specific quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits across construction sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Lead NCR issuance, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor and consultant QA/QC performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, and quality logs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
• Identify quality gaps and implement improvement initiatives across projects.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and site teams to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management , or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE real estate or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 , UAE building codes , and local authority requirements.
• Proven experience in managing QA/QC for high‑rise , residential , villas , or mixed‑use developments .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor , QA/QC Engineering , or equivalent are preferred.
