Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, the technician is an escalation point for project team members and a contact for clients and vendors.
The role delivers end-to-end IT services, infrastructure, and solutions through technical onboarding, implementation, and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Own project deliverables, timelines, success factors, technical notes, and activity tracking.
- Provide professional client and end-user support after deployment.
- Create improved deployment methods; research and test products and solutions.
- Support technical onboarding and act as an escalation point for project teams, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
- At least three years of senior-level IT infrastructure project delivery experience, including server and networking implementations.
- Experience implementing, managing, and supporting third-party cloud services.
- Professional experience with RDS environments and setting up a Microsoft RDS farm.
- Experience with firewall configurations, VLAN, and QoS; strong understanding of virtualization.
- Advanced troubleshooting ability and ability to lead technical project work with project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professionally recognized technical certifications.
- A desire to help grow and mentor the team; prior IT help desk/support experience is a bonus, not mandatory.
