Role overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to deploy MBO targets and align individual goals with organizational objectives using SMART criteria.
• Maintain and validate bonus targets in ACTIO, including structures, scorecards, access, and system configurations.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across performance systems, reports, and dashboards.
• Track MBRF+ projects, validate value capture, engage stakeholders, and prepare performance reports.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations; align priorities and targets with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct benchmarking, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations for strategic and value-creation opportunities.
• Provide analytical support for special projects, transformations, and performance improvement programs.
• Support performance-management methods and tools; follow company sustainability and ESG policies and commitments.

Candidate profile

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, process improvement, project management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, supply chain, international relations, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and digital platforms; English is required and Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent Power BI and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data governance practices.
• Ability to influence cross-functional professionals and provide technical and performance-management guidance.
• Good understanding and application of PDCA and Cause and Effect Diagrams.
