Full-time, on-site instructor role based in Dubai, delivering physiotherapy education in line with Dubai Health Authority standards.
Teaching and learner support
- Plan, prepare, and conduct lectures, practical sessions, and workshops.
- Develop curricula, lesson plans, and educational materials; assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide learners on professional ethics, patient care standards, and safe clinical practice.
Program quality and development
- Stay current with clinical best practices and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues on program quality and participate in academic meetings, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong physiotherapy foundation, including clinical assessment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation principles.
- Teaching, training, or academic instruction experience and ability to design and deliver structured lessons and workshops.
- Knowledge of DHA requirements relevant to physiotherapy practice and education.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to create and use slides, manuals, and practical demonstrations.
- Commitment to ethical practice, learner-centered teaching, and continuous professional development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related field.
Preferred qualifications
- DHA eligibility or licensure is preferred.
- Clinical or academic physiotherapy experience in the UAE or home country is an advantage.
Compensation
