The role involves patient-centered nursing care in accordance with DHA regulations and facility standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient vitals and progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement.
- Communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to ethical standards and participate in training or professional development as needed.
Qualifications and experience
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one; relevant nursing qualification, such as an accredited bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare protocols, infection control, and patient safety.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work full time on site in Dubai, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, or holidays.
- Basic computer use and electronic medical records; clinical systems and reporting tools are advantageous.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and calmness in fast-paced environments are expected.
- Previous UAE or GCC healthcare experience is beneficial.
