Role description
This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist - DHA role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient gynecology and obstetrics care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and reproductive health management.
Clinical responsibilities
- Conduct clinical consultations and gynecologic examinations.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and manage prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care.
- Perform gynecologic and obstetric procedures and surgeries in accordance with DHA regulations and clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Counsel patients on preventive care and family planning.
- Follow ethical standards and quality-of-care protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical expertise in gynecology and obstetrics, with experience managing a broad range of women's health conditions.
- Skills in gynecologic surgery and general surgery, including safely performing common operative procedures.
- A solid foundation in medicine, evidence-based practice, diagnostic reasoning, and patient-centered care.
- Relevant medical degree, such as MBBS or equivalent, with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Board certification or equivalent credentials.
- Valid or eligible Dubai Health Authority license and experience in regulated healthcare environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sensitive counseling and multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, quality improvement, and ethical and regulatory standards.
- Prior experience in United Arab Emirates or Gulf region healthcare systems is an advantage.

- The role is full time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The schedule is described as split duty.
