Part-time, on-site Gynecologist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role provides outpatient and inpatient gynecologic and obstetric care.
Responsibilities
- Consult with patients, diagnose conditions, and manage gynecologic and obstetric care.
- Conduct examinations, review medical histories, order and interpret tests, and prescribe treatments.
- Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries as needed.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
- Counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, prenatal care, and postnatal care.
- Follow DHA regulations, clinical protocols, and patient safety and ethics standards.
Qualifications and requirements
- Solid foundation in medicine and strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine and high-risk care.
- Proficiency in surgery and gynecologic surgery for common operative and minimally invasive procedures.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Current knowledge of evidence-based guidelines, infection control, and patient safety practices.
- Strong communication, effective teamwork, and commitment to non-discriminatory, patient-centered care.
- Willingness to work part time on-site and cover evening or weekend shifts as required.
