Full-time, on-site General Practitioner (DHA) role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Provides comprehensive primary care across acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients.
- Conduct clinical examinations; order and interpret investigations; prescribe appropriate medications.
- Coordinate care with nursing and allied health teams.
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow DHA and clinic protocols.
- Promote preventive health and participate in professional development, training, clinical updates, and quality improvement.
- Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical medical practice.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in medicine and primary care, with experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting.
- Family Medicine background and ability to manage diverse patients and conditions.
- Experience collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensure as a General Practitioner in Dubai.
- Recognized medical degree and completion of required internship or residency programs.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills; patient-focused and culturally sensitive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment, with reliability, professionalism, and adherence to medical ethics.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
