Inside Sales Associate based in Ottawa, supporting customers, field sales, and project management teams.
Reports to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, maintain customer records, and receive and process orders.
- Liaise between customers and field sales representatives and support the field sales and project management teams.
- Provide high-quality customer service, support sales initiatives, build brand recognition, and enhance customer experiences.
- Consistently represent the corporate image.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of prior inside sales experience.
- Effective communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
- Valid driver's license required.
