As digital infrastructure investment continues to expand across the Gulf region, especially in data centers, server rooms, enterprise IT environments, and ICT infrastructure projects, we are strengthening our regional capabilities and looking for an IT Manager to support data center hardware and related IT infrastructure projects across the UAE and nearby Gulf markets (excluding Saudi Arabia) .

Role Overview

We are seeking a practical and commercially aware IT Manager with experience in data center hardware, server room equipment, and enterprise IT infrastructure to support project development and delivery across the UAE-centered Gulf region .

This role is mainly focused on project-oriented product sourcing, supplier coordination, technical matching, and delivery support for data center and IT infrastructure-related opportunities. The scope may include servers, storage systems, network equipment, racks, PDUs, UPS-related supporting hardware, structured cabling, and other key data center hardware products .

You will work closely with internal teams, customers, local partners, and suppliers to ensure that product selection, procurement coordination, and project support are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with customer and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Requirement Analysis

• Analyze customer requirements, BOQs, and technical specifications for data center and IT infrastructure projects
• Understand project scope and translate customer needs into structured product and sourcing requirements
• Support internal teams in identifying suitable hardware solutions for project opportunities
• Ensure technical and commercial alignment between customer needs, supplier offerings, and project delivery plans

Supplier Sourcing & Product Coordination

• Identify and coordinate reliable suppliers, distributors, and channel partners for data center hardware and enterprise IT products
• Source products such as servers, storage, switches, routers, racks, PDUs, structured cabling products, and related supporting equipment
• Evaluate supplier quotations, delivery capabilities, and product suitability
• Support supplier comparison, commercial negotiation, and vendor selection
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure stable and competitive supply channels

Procurement & Commercial Support

• Prepare and manage RFQs based on project requirements
• Support cost analysis, quotation comparison, and procurement planning
• Coordinate pricing, lead time, availability, and order execution with suppliers
• Track procurement schedules and support on-time delivery for project requirements
• Work with internal commercial teams to improve cost-effectiveness and project competitiveness

Project & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, technical, engineering, and regional teams to support project execution
• Act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve product and delivery-related issues
• Coordinate logistics, shipment, and import-related matters where required
• Support documentation collection, datasheets, compliance documents, and supplier certifications when needed
• Assist in ensuring that delivered products meet project specifications and timelines

Market Awareness & Business Support

• Stay updated on market trends, brand positioning, lead times, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks in the data center and IT hardware sectors
• Maintain awareness of the UAE and Gulf region market environment, including local channel structures and customer expectations
• Provide market feedback to internal teams regarding product demand, supply conditions, and sourcing opportunities
• Support the company in expanding regional supplier resources and improving data center hardware project capabilities

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center hardware, enterprise hardware, ICT product sourcing, or related fields
• Good understanding of major data center hardware categories , such as:
• Servers
• Storage systems
• Network switches and routers
• Racks and cabinets
• PDUs
• UPS-related supporting hardware
• Structured cabling products
• Other server room and data center support equipment
• Ability to read and understand basic technical specifications, BOMs, datasheets, and customer requirements
• Strong coordination and communication skills with both technical and commercial parties
• Working proficiency in English
• Based in the UAE or familiar with the UAE market

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting data center, server room, IT infrastructure, ELV, ICT, or enterprise hardware projects
• Familiarity with the UAE and Gulf region market, excluding Saudi Arabia
• Knowledge of local distributors, system integrators, and regional IT supply channels
• Experience in sourcing from international brands or coordinating cross-border procurement
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of power, cooling, rack systems, or related data center supporting infrastructure is a plus

Coverage Area

• Primary Market: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Regional Coverage: Gulf region around the UAE, excluding Saudi Arabia

Work Mode

• Remote , with flexibility based on project needs, supplier meetings, customer coordination, or regional travel requirements
