· IT Operations & Service Coordination

  • Coordinate and monitor daily IT support activities to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Log, track, and follow up on service requests and incidents until closure.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel in a timely manner.

· User Support Administration

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access requests and deactivation.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies.
  • Communicate updates and resolutions to end users professionally and promptly.

· IT Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain and update records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Track asset allocation, movement, and lifecycle to ensure accountability and accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and support audit requirements.

· Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and logs.
  • Ensure proper version control and secure storage of all IT-related records.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on IT activities, assets, and service performance.

· Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist in IT procurement processes, including raising requests, tracking approvals, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotations, maintenance services, and support agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery as per agreements.

· Compliance & Process Support

  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity guidelines.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.

· Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Schedule meetings, maintain IT calendars, and coordinate internal communications.
  • Support IT projects through tracking tasks, updating documentation, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned to support business and IT operational needs.
