WORK LOCATION -Al Reem Island , Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze detailed requirements and features of current back-office solution implemented for multiple business lines.
  • Conduct comprehensive system GAP analysis to identify gaps between current back office solution and the future strategy, products and future roadmap.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements of current/ future features/ system functionalities related to back-office system, architecture, hardware and business processes, especially those that need automation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation (Business Requirement Document) of back-office system features, processes, configurations
  • Facilitate and manage the development of system specifications through detailed analysis with the Business units, IT, and vendors for back-office systems.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in brokerage back-office systems, including advancements in automation, data reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and system
  • integration techniques.
  • Continuously updates knowledge on best practices and industry standards to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of back-office
  • operations.

& Experience

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum eight (8) years working in Financial Services industries with focus on back-office systems in Brokerage,
  • Investment Banking, or Capital Markets or brokerage software houses focused on back-office solutions implementation acting as Business Analyst/ System Analyst.
  • Experience in Business/Functional Requirements Gathering and UAT cases development and support execution for Front-Office, Middle-Office, and Back- Office including Epic and Stories
  • development for systems implementation.
  • Extensive experience working in the back-office of brokerage/trading/ investment banking industry supporting electronic trading systems is a must.
  • Preferably working in a brokerage firm or a software house that develops backoffice
  • systems for trading applications
  • Experience with JIRA (Epics, Stories),SharePoint, SQL (Queries), BPM tool(Bizagi, MS Visio).
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • General understanding of software implementation and systems design including UX (User Experience).
