About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager
with strong
banking industry experience
to lead and deliver critical technology projects within a fast-paced financial services environment.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of banking technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of banking-related technology projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and business analysts
- Engage with banking stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and governance frameworks
- Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies or hybrid delivery methodologies as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in IT/technology delivery
- Strong
- hands-on experience in the banking or financial services sector (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing software development or core banking system projects
- Good understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory environment
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar
