Overview
Royex Technologies is a Mobile app and Website Development Company based in Dubai that is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to its clients.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an **IT Project Coordinator**.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who is passionate about coordinating software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Attend initial client meetings to gather project requirements and understand client expectations.
- Prepare detailed project proposals in accordance with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Coordinate and monitor software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Regularly contact clients to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.
- Contact developers to obtain progress reports, identify any challenges, and facilitate solutions.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Ensure that projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve project issues and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the software development industry.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and processes.
