Overview

Community Management

• Managing and growing the brand's community across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Responding to comments, DMs and interactions in a way that feels authentic, personal and on-brand.
• Monitoring community sentiment and sharing insights with the wider marketing and product teams.
• Helping strengthen the relationship between the brand and its audience.

Influencer Marketing

• Identifying and managing relationships with micro and mid-tier influencers across fitness, wellness and lifestyle.
• Coordinating outreach, gifting, collaborations and campaign briefs.
• Building influencer pipelines across key international markets.
• Tracking performance and ROI of partnerships.
• Staying ahead of creator trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Community Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Media or a similar role.
• Experience within fitness, fashion, wellness, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
• Fluent English with exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Naturally proactive and able to spot opportunities without being prompted.
• A genuine interest in fitness, wellness and community-led brands.
