Chief of Staff

Overview

• We are currently supporting a fast-scaling international retail and lifestyle business in the search for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the CEO across Dubai, Europe and wider global operations.
• This is not a traditional support role.
• The business is looking for a commercially sharp, highly organised, and strategically minded operator who can genuinely act as a force multiplier to the CEO helping translate vision into execution whilst driving alignment, accountability, and performance across the organisation globally.
• Sitting at the centre of the business, the successful individual will partner closely with leadership teams across ecommerce, retail, operations, product, marketing, finance, and international expansion.
• The role will involve:
• Driving strategic business initiatives and execution
• Supporting international growth across Dubai & UK / Europe / US
• Leading cross-functional projects and operational improvements
• Ensuring accountability and delivery across leadership teams
• Supporting business scaling, structure, and organisational efficiency
• Acting as a key connector between teams, priorities, and geographies
• Helping the CEO remain focused on high-value strategic decision making
• The environment is ambitious, fast-paced, founder-led, and constantly evolving, so the role requires someone who thrives in high-growth businesses and is comfortable operating across both strategic thinking and detailed execution.
• We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within:
• Chief of Staff positions
• Strategy & Operations leadership roles
• Founder’s Associate / Executive Office roles
• Consulting backgrounds
• Senior Executive Business Partner or high-level EA positions
• Fast-paced fashion, ecommerce, retail, luxury, or consumer-led brands
• The ideal individual will be:
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen
• Comfortable operating closely with senior leadership and founders
• Experienced managing cross-functional priorities and stakeholders
• Able to bring structure, clarity, and accountability into fast-moving environments
• Confident balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Naturally proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable influencing, challenging, and aligning senior stakeholders
• ✈️ International travel across UK / US required
