I'm currently working on behalf of a well-established UAE-based business that has built an impressive reputation delivering large-scale fabrication, fit-out, visual merchandising, and project solutions for some of the region's most recognised brands.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to further develop and expand their exhibitions and events portfolio across the UAE and wider GCC region.
This role is ideal for someone who already has an established network within the UAE exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, activation, or design & build industry and is confident opening doors, developing relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
*Please note industry experiance is ESSENTIAL
Key responsibilities will include
✔ Identifying and securing new business opportunities across exhibitions, trade shows, experiential activations, events, and temporary structures
✔ Building and maintaining relationships with event organisers, exhibition contractors, agencies, corporate brands, government entities, and procurement teams
✔ Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth within a growing division
✔ Attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to increase market presence and generate leads
✔ Working closely with internal design, production, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of awarded projects
✔ Helping shape the commercial strategy and future direction of the exhibitions division

- The successful candidate will bring:
- 🔹 A proven track record of winning new business and growing client relationships
- 🔹 Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- 🔹 An existing network within the UAE/GCC exhibitions and events market
- 🔹 The ability to operate autonomously while working closely with senior leadership
- 🔹 A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth
