• What we are looking for:
• Experience scaling social within a founder-led, start-up or scale-up environment
• Strong organic social and community growth experience
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Reels, creator ecosystems, and audience psychology
• Experience supporting launches or growth into new international markets
• Ability to lead full social strategy whilst remaining hands-on creatively and strategically
• Strong instinct for storytelling, founder amplification, and culturally relevant content
• Ability to move quickly, adapt, and thrive within fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
• Background within wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands highly advantageous
