Overview
We’re currently supporting a growing business in Dubai that is looking to hire an exceptional Office & Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the company.
This is a high-ownership role within a founder-led, scaling environment where no two days look the same.
The business operates across digital consumer brands and ecommerce, with international growth across multiple markets.
This is not a traditional admin role.
This is a leadership-focused operations position for someone who genuinely enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and ensuring a fast-moving business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities include
- Full HR administration and employee lifecycle management
- DMCC compliance, visa processing, and free zone coordination
- Office operations and vendor management
- Financial administration, expenses, payments, and invoice coordination
- Operational support directly alongside founders and leadership
- Improving internal processes and operational efficiency
- Managing suppliers, contracts, and day-to-day business operations
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years’ experience within operations or office management in Dubai
- Understands DMCC/free zone processes and UAE operations
- Has worked within startup or scale-up environments
- Is proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused
- Can work independently and confidently without constant direction
- Thrives in fast-paced founder-led businesses
- Has exceptional attention to detail and strong ownership mentality
- We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, anticipates problems before they happen, and can become a true operational right hand to the founders.
