Inbound Sales Team Manager

Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, premium, quality and customer service targets. Monitoring team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing regular coaching, feedback and development support.

Creating a positive and engaged team culture through onboarding, training, team meetings, recognition and ongoing people leadership.

Ensuring all customer interactions meet quality, compliance and regulatory requirements while driving positive customer outcomes.

Supporting workforce planning and recruitment activities, including attracting, onboarding and developing new team members. Managing key operational measures including sales conversion, cancellations, service levels and overall team performance.

What you'll bring

Previous people leadership experience with a passion for coaching, developing and motivating others.

Strong sales and performance management capability with the ability to influence results.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Experience within a contact centre, sales or customer service environment, with insurance experience highly regarded.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You have been in your current role/at Youi for 6 months or more and have successfully completed your probation period.
