Engineer

Designing, building and enhancing software solutions that support customers and teams across Youi

Working across technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular and Azure, depending on team priorities

Collaborating with product specialists and stakeholders to understand problems and deliver practical solutions

Reviewing code, maintaining testing standards and contributing to software design discussions

Monitoring, supporting and improving production applications, including investigating and resolving issues

Participating in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities that help the team deliver better outcomes

Proven experience building software in an agile environment, with confidence contributing across different parts of the technology stack

Experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript and Angular, or the ability to quickly apply transferable engineering skills

Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement when balancing technical quality with business value

Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and works effectively within a fusion team

Takes ownership, seeks feedback and actively contributes to team improvement and delivery outcomes
