Manage your own portfolio of claims flagged for financial hardship or other vulnerabilities

Help our customers in their time of need

Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi

Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks

Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information

Experience in claims and/or administration, with high attention to detail is beneficial

Skilled at multitasking and enjoy busy environments

Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities

Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus

Completed Youi’s 6-month probation period
