Role Overview

Workplace Model

• DTCC uses a flexible hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote.
• Onsite days include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day determined by the team or employee.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead IAM projects with guidance from the IAM Access Intelligence Team Lead.
• Assist in managing teams delivering IAM project services.
• Define process, workflow, and report requirements.
• Develop documentation, training, and knowledge materials for entitlement management.
• Evaluate processes, tools, and services and recommend improvements.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across organizational levels.
• Engage senior management on alternate approaches when needed.
• Create resource access profiles, entitlement definitions, and governance requirements.

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate risk within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Assess processes and recommend changes that anticipate, manage, and reduce risk.
• Maintain regulatory awareness and compliance with risk policies and best practices.
• Support a risk management mindset across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security and risk, identity and access management, and technology security controls.
• 5+ years of experience with IAM technology, role methodologies, and business processes.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration.
• Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating requirements into system requirements.
• Understanding of role-oriented access management and entitlement definition.
• Clear understanding of audit and risk controls for technology systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, RSA IGL, PAM, or similar tools.
