Role overview

Workplace

• DTCC describes the work model as hybrid, with three days onsite and two days remote.
• The stated onsite days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day determined by the team or employee.

Primary responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines for application development and deployment.
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD processes and provide technical support to development teams.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, scalability, and security.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for timely incident response.
• Maintain infrastructure, application, and system security and regulatory compliance.
• Provide rotational weekly, weekend, and off-hours L3-L4 support.
• Develop system documentation and keep current with DevSecOps and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of infrastructure as code development experience using DevSecOps pipelines.
• Proven DevSecOps or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Technical skills

• Azure technologies include Azure VMs, VNet, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, and Functions.
• Experience with Azure DLT technologies such as Besu and Canton.
• CI/CD tools, secure software development practices, and Git-based workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, or another modern programming language.
• Hands-on Terraform and Bicep experience, or CloudFormation for AWS.
• Knowledge of CNAPP, networking, IAM policies, and cloud-native security controls.
