Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, refrigeration, and related property equipment.
The position is full-time, non-management, and not remote.
Technical duties
- Inspect and maintain the mechanical plant daily; monitor property temperature and energy and utilities usage.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters; work on electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
Safety and service duties
- Follow company and safety policies, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training.
- Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets and confidential information, and provide courteous guest service.
- Maintain positive working relationships and contribute to quality, efficiency, safety, and cost-saving improvements.
- Work in confined or elevated spaces and on stairs, ramps, ladders, and uneven surfaces; handle objects of varying weights.
Required qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification, driver's license, and HVAC certification are required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of related work experience preferred.
