Key Duties
- Deliver a wide range of guest services throughout the stay.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports.
- Share highlights of the local area.
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
Recommended Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related work experience: none required.
- Supervisory experience: none required.
- License or certification: none required.
- Must be on feet and moving around, standing, sitting, or walking for extended time.
- Must move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
