HVAC Supervisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for HVAC maintenance teams.
• Oversee planned preventive and reactive maintenance across residential, commercial, or hospitality properties, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot blower assemblies, modulating valves, thermostats, PCB controls, refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, and drainage networks.
• Audit coil washing, duct and grille cleaning, drain flushing, filter replacement, and air balancing for indoor air quality.
• Manage schedules, materials, equipment, spare-parts consumption, and CAFM work-order updates.
• Enforce HSE, chemical-handling and ceiling-void safety, and PPE compliance.
• Coordinate escalations, joint inspections, and repair updates with FM engineers, property managers, and occupants.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on HVAC and indoor AC maintenance experience, including 2–3 years supervising or acting as foreman for technical teams.
• Diploma or technical certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of chilled-water FCUs, DX Split ACs, thermostat control logic, valve actuators, and electrical schematics.
• Fluent English required; Arabic and/or Malayalam preferred.
• Leadership and organisational skills to manage workloads, assess technician performance, and resolve complex cooling issues under tight timeframes.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate before joining.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work is in person in Abu Dhabi; candidates may commute or relocate before starting.
