Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise civil maintenance, structural repairs, waterproofing, fit-out, and refurbishment.
- Inspect sites and assess concrete spalling, water leakage, tile delamination, and architectural deterioration.
- Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, scopes of work, BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
- Review, prepare, and modify civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Supervise civil supervisors, technicians, tradespeople, and subcontractors to ensure work quality.
- Monitor costs, material usage, progress, and schedules against budget and SLA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, municipal regulations, building codes, and civil defense requirements.
- Coordinate technical matters and updates with clients, property managers, FM teams, and subcontractors.
- Inspect quality and ensure completed work meets approved specifications and contractual requirements.
- Manage documentation, progress reports, snag closure, client handover, and sign-off.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in facilities management, building maintenance, or refurbishment projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with MOHESR attestation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of civil defect assessment, structural repairs, waterproofing, fit-out, and refurbishment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, material take-offs, and technical documentation.
- Strong site supervision, team leadership, subcontractor management, communication, and client coordination skills.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is advantageous.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate before joining; a valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
