Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is looking for a qualified and experienced

Human Resources Specialist

to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HR operations, employee affairs, recruitment, payroll, and government platforms, with good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local regulations.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

2–5 years in Human Resources in Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations, employee records, personnel files, employment contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, renewals, and offboarding procedures.
  • Manage and monitor government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee information and workforce records across HR systems and government platforms.
  • Support monthly payroll preparation and verify employee benefits, deductions, and entitlements.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, policies, procedures, workforce records, employment certificates, and official employee documents.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and handle daily personnel and administrative matters.
  • Support management and department heads in employee-related matters.
  • Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization of all HR records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of Human Resources experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
  • Practical experience in employee affairs, recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
