Business Development Engineer
to join our team in Riyadh.
We are seeking a professional with proven experience in
business development within engineering consultancy companies
, with the ability to identify new opportunities, build professional client relationships, and support the company’s growth in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, contractors, consultants, and private sector clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market opportunities, upcoming projects, tenders, and potential partnerships.
- Coordinate with the proposals, technical, and management teams to support technical and financial submissions.
- Represent the company in client meetings, business events, and professional engagements.
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, opportunities, pipeline status, and business development activities.
- Support management in growth planning and market expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 5–7 years
- of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management.
- **Previous experience in engineering consultancy companies is mandatory.**
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is required.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and private sector clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to achieve business targets.
