Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Design & Studies Department across architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.
• Ensure full coordination and integration between all engineering specialties.
• Review and approve drawings, design packages, calculations, technical reports, specifications, and related documents before issuance.
• Ensure all design deliverables comply with the Saudi Building Code, local authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Manage design workflows, internal technical reviews, coordination procedures, and submission schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, authorities, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
• Build and develop the department and its technical team by attracting qualified talents, organizing roles and responsibilities, and developing internal workflows.
• Establish and improve design procedures, technical review processes, quality control standards, templates, and coordination methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 10–15 years of experience in engineering design within engineering consultancy companies or offices in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers as

Professional Engineer or Consultant Engineer

• .
• Proven experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, authority approval procedures, and local regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, technical review, coordination, and design management skills.
• Ability to build, organize, and develop the department and its technical team.
