Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is looking for a qualified, organized, and proactive
Human Resources Specialist
to join our team in Riyadh.
We are seeking a professional with solid experience in HR operations, employee affairs, recruitment support, HR documentation, and government HR platforms, with the ability to organize and manage daily HR processes in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee affairs.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, employment contracts, job offers, and HR documentation.
- Follow up on attendance, leaves, overtime, employee requests, and administrative actions.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures for new employees.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payroll, deductions, allowances, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.
- Handle HR-related government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, memos, and official employee correspondence.
- Follow up on probation periods, performance evaluation records, and employee file updates.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal forms.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Use HR systems and internal platforms to manage employee data and daily HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 3–5 years
- of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- **Hands-on experience in using Jisr HR system and Odoo is required.**
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy, construction, contracting, or professional services companies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
