Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records management.
The role includes assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, coordinating employee benefits administration, and responding to HR-related inquiries from staff and managers.
The specialist will help manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes, while contributing to recruitment activities such as screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers.
Additional responsibilities include supporting training and development initiatives, preparing HR reports and metrics, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation, communication, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling employee lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in HR practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive employee relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in facilities management, manpower outsourcing, or related industries is beneficial.
