Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team and take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and day-to-day accounting operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working with ERP systems—specifically Odoo.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Work closely with management to provide insightful financial analysis and reporting
Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
Optimize accounting processes and improve efficiency using Odoo ERP
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in accounting (senior level preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, financial modeling, etc.)
Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
