Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Additional responsibilities include facilitating employee relations, handling performance management, coordinating training programs, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Compliance, and Organizational Policies
- Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Development
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in facility and property management industries preferred
