Role Description

The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and monitoring cash flows to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

The role will support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for facility management operations, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.

The Accountant will collaborate with operations and management teams to provide financial insights, assist with audits, and enhance internal controls.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for operations or projects.
  • Ability to use accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivots).
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local financial regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
  • Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in facilities management, property management, or service industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
