Requirements
- At least 10 years of overall HR experience, including at least five years with a UAE real estate development company.
- Experience managing and supporting a multinational and multicultural workforce.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organisational initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR operations across the organisation and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build a high-performance, people-focused organisational culture.
- Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and corporate governance.
- Advise senior leadership on HR strategy, organisational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace across a diverse international workforce.
