Role overview

Experience and qualifications

• At least 10 years of overall Human Resources experience.
• At least five years of HR experience with a UAE real estate development company.
• Demonstrated experience managing and supporting a multinational and multicultural workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPD or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Human Resources operations across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain a high-performance, people-focused organizational culture.
• Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and corporate governance.
• Advise senior leadership on HR strategy, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace across a diverse international workforce.
