Human Resources Manager

Role : HR Manager
Location : Dubai
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of core HR operations in a fast-paced, high-performance real estate brokerage in Dubai.
This is an execution role where HR directly impacts performance, accountability, and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure strict execution of HR policies and UAE Labour Law compliance
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues quickly and fairly
- Support recruitment for high-volume, sales-driven roles
- Drive performance management and KPI tracking across teams
- Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years HR experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong exposure to real estate or fast-paced sales environments
- Hands-on operator, not just a policy or admin-focused HR profile
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Ability to handle pressure, conflict, and high-volume hiring environments
