Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for an HR Generalist with Tadbeer experience . The role involves managing end-to-end HR and recruitment operations, with a focus on domestic worker recruitment, visa processing, onboarding, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The candidate will coordinate with government entities, recruitment agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of domestic workers, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with international agencies.
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies to source and mobilize domestic workers based on operational requirements.
• Handle visa processing and legal documentation in coordination with MOHRE, Immigration, and embassies.
• Manage onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and readiness of workers for deployment.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, Tadbeer regulations, and domestic worker policies.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts between domestic workers and employers.
• Manage offboarding processes, including final settlements and repatriation when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and travel records of domestic workers.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with the Wages Protection System (WPS).
• Liaise with clients regarding recruitment requests, placements, and service-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, PRO, operations) to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Prepare reports on recruitment performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct pre-deployment briefings and basic training for domestic workers.
• Continuously improve HR and recruitment processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Tadbeer centers or domestic worker recruitment in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE procedures, and Tadbeer systems.
• Proven experience in handling domestic worker recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Fluency in English and
