Lead HR operations across Omorfia brands, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and alignment across multiple brands while supporting the organization’s transformation toward a purpose-led and performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- **HR Operations & Compliance:**
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, government relations, visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, licensing, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- **People Cost & Benefits Management:**
- Manage workforce costs, medical insurance policies, claims processing, and continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- **HR Analytics & Reporting:**
- Develop dashboards, track key HR metrics (turnover, workforce planning, performance trends, compensation), and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- **Organizational Design & Compensation:**
- Assist in harmonizing policies, roles, and compensation structures across brands; provide guidance on team structuring and maintain competitive benefits.
- **Leadership & Team Development:**
- Lead, mentor, and upskill HR Generalists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and consistent HR service delivery.
- **Strategic Partnership:**
- Work closely with the Group HR Director on initiatives related to performance & talent management, HR systems review, and organizational transformation projects.
- **Branch & Stakeholder Support:**
- Ensure smooth communication with branches and operational teams, addressing concerns and streamlining HR processes.
