We are Hiring: HR Manager – UAE (GCC Operations)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to lead and manage our HR operations across the
UAE and wider GCC region
.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring compliance, smooth HR operations, and strategic workforce management.
Dubai, UAE
6 working days (On-site, 5 days a week, Remote-1 day)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for UAE and GCC region
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations and UAE Labour Laws
- Handle visa processing, quota management, and employee lifecycle documentation
- Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and compliance frameworks
- Manage payroll preparation, timesheets, and employee benefits (insurance)
- Liaise with PROs and government authorities for labour and immigration matters
- Maintain HR policies aligned with local laws and company standards
- Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting
- Drive HR best practices across multiple geographies
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE/GCC region
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with visa processing, MOHRE, payroll, and contracts
- Ability to manage multi-country HR operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of labour laws in KSA, Qatar, and Oman
- Experience handling HR for staffing / consulting businesses
- Exposure to multi-country compliance and workforce structuring
