Overview
The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change.
You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the full HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive talent acquisition, Emiratisation, succession planning, and workforce development
Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture
Partner with executive leadership on strategic workforce initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Develop and implement modern HR policies and transformation initiatives
Lead learning & development and leadership capability programs
UAE National (Emirati Family Book required)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Extensive HR leadership experience within Hospitality, Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, or F&B Groups
Proven experience in senior HR management/director-level roles
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and Emiratisation strategies
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
