Overview
Our client is a large holding company, looking for a Human Resources Director (Construction, Eviornment Sector Experienced) to join their team.
The Human Resources Director will lead and manage the organization’s human resources operations, ensuring efficient strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s real estate business objectives
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for property development, sales, and project teams
- Oversee performance management and reward systems linked to project and business KPIs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and real estate sector regulations
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives across all sites
- Manage learning and development programs to build leadership and technical capabilities
- Provide HR insights to senior management for organizational planning and workforce optimization
- Lead HR digital transformation, process improvement, and reporting through HRIS systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate, property development, or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of HR functions in a multi-site or project-based environment.
- Proven experience in managing HR during organizational growth, mergers, or diversification.
